Thousands of families have been forced to evacuate their homes for fear of their lives, persistent missile attacks, and the potential terrorist invasion. Many children are left without stable schedules, schools, and friends.

That’s where the Ramada Hotel and the selfless volunteers come in. Issac Avitan a career swimming instructor headed up the project, with a Jewish Canadian couple named Marci and Harold Rapp sponsored and manufactured 250 personalized boys and girls swimsuits.

This not only gives parents peace of mind, but it distracts the children from the traumatic experiences they’ve all been through.
