Brave Israeli soldiers this week refused to back down when Lebanese troops pointed rocket-propelled grenades at their tanks.

On Tuesday, Lebanese soldiers aimed their rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) launchers at Israeli troops operating near the border, Israeli sources reported.
Despite the fact that the IDF had cleared its patrol with the United Nations force (UNIFIL) charged with monitoring the buffer zone between Israel and Lebanon, Lebanese soldiers appeared on the other side of the border not far from Kibbutz Misgav Am.
A Hezbollah-linked photographer recorded the incident, JNS reported, and other suspected Hezbollah operatives were present.
Israel blasted UNIFIL at the beginning of May for giving Hezbollah terrorists a free pass near Israel’s border.
“I have discussed it with the commander of the [UNIFIL] force and we tell them, `You are there, you cannot move and you can’t inspect, so why are you there?,’” Israel’s Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon asked the Security Council.
Danon cited several recent incidents along the border, questioning why the UN spends $474 million of donor countries’ money annually on an ineffectual force that doesn’t do its job.
“We are not calling to shut down the mission tomorrow morning, but we are saying if they cannot change, if they cannot function, why you are spending so much money?” Danon said.
