A 19-year-old Israeli-Arab from Umm al-Fahm faces charges for planning an ISIS-inspired terror attack.

The Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) arrested an Israeli-Arab man suspected of planning attacks on behalf of ISIS, it was cleared for publication on Tuesday.
The suspect was identified as 19-year-old Abed al-Rahman Mahajna of Umm al-Fahm, who participated in rioting during the Hamas conflict of May 2021.
Documents dealing with the production of explosives and explosives were found in his possession, as well as a will he prepared about a year ago in which he expressed a wish to die with his hand and be separated from his family. According to investigators, Mahajna swore an oath of allegiance to ISIS
An indictment was filed by the Haifa district attorney’s office.
