Hollywood celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West baptized their baby daughter into the Armenian Church in the Old City of Jerusalem.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s baby daughter was baptized into the Armenian Church in a ceremony held in Jerusalem’s Old City. The celebrity family is in Israel for a two-day visit in between stops in Armenia and Jordan.

The baptism was held at St. James Cathedral in the Armenian Quarter. In attendance were the baby’s parents, her sister North, and Kim’s sister Chloe.

“Kim Kardashian’s daughter will be baptized and become a Christian officially and a member of the Armenian church,” said Archbishop Aris Shirvanian. “All I know is that she’s a famous personality. I don’t know her in person. In any case, she is welcome with her family.”

The ceremony was held privately, but adoring fans got in the way. “Stop,” Kardashian shouted to the crowd.

“Stop! It’s not safe for the baby,” her sister added.

The Kardashians arrived at Ben-Gurion Airport on Monday by private jet. They flew in from Armenia, the family’s ancestral homeland. Their schedule includes dinner with Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat and a private tour around the Holy City, where they plan on shooting footage for their reality show, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” They will also visit Jordan before returning to the US.
