In a relentless wave of terror attacks, a Palestinian woman stabbed a Jewish man in Jerusalem, near the scene of the brutal attack that claimed 2 lives a few days ago.
A Palestinian female terrorist stabbed and wounded an Israeli man near the Lions Gate at the entrance to Jerusalem’s Old City on Wednesday, in very close proximity to the site of Saturday’s deadly terror attack.
The man, 36, was attacked from behind and sustained moderate wounds to his upper body and neck, but managed to draw his weapon and shoot the terrorist, who was severely wounded.
The victim was treated on site by Magen David Adom (MDA) medics and evacuated to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital in the capital. The terrorist is in critical condition.
According to a report by Tazpit News Agency, Israeli visitors at the nearby Temple Mount complex were rushed out by Israeli police as Palestinian mobs ran towards the site of the attack while shouting and cursing the visitors.
This attack comes only four days after Nechemiah Lavi, the father of seven, and Aaron Benita, the father of two, were stabbed and murdered by Muhannad Halabi on Saturday night. Halabi also wounded Benita’s wife and baby before being shot by Israeli security forces.
