Police have yet to discern if the incident was a terror attack or criminally motivated.

David Bar Kapara, 70, a farmer from Moshav Pedaya in central Israel, was beaten to death Wednesday night by a group of Palestinian workers in his vineyard.

The Palestinians, who are believed to have entered Israel illegally, escaped the scene of the attack. The police has launched a manhunt for the attackers.

Bar Kapara was able to call for help after the attack. Paramedics found him in serious condition with blows to his head and upper body. They evacuated him to the Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Tzrifin, where he was subsequently proclaimed dead.

The police have yet to discern if the assailants were motivated by terror or crime, but they are reportedly inclined to label the incident a terror attack.

Petition to the United States and European Union

We demand that all funding of the PA be stopped immediately. The brutal murder of Israelis committed by Palestinian terrorists throughout Israel is the latest result of ongoing PA incitement against Israeli citizens. Funding the PA means funding terror.
