Approximately 200 terrorists were slain and more than 500 Hamas and Islamic Jihad members were arrested during the operation.

Dozens of mortar shells, explosive devices, sniper rifles, Kalashnikov rifles, pistols, magazines, mortars, and additional ammunition were seized.

The purpose of the IDF's mission in the Shifa Hospital in northern Gaza was to arrest terrorists and uproot Hamas infrastructure.

During the raid, the IDF captured 80 suspected terrorists.

During the interview, a British doctor formerly associated with Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza discloses that the hospital was allegedly employed for Hamas' terrorist activities.

On October 7th, foreign hostages were observed being brought into Gaza's Al-Shifa Hospital, as revealed in CCTV footage released by the IDF.

The military is currently focusing on fighting Hamas in the northern Gaza Strip but it is expected to also act against terrorist operatives in the southern part of the coastal enclave.

"It is a violation of the law of war to headquarter yourself in a hospital," said U.S. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby.

"Now that we have caught you in the act, can you please find the strength to condemn Hamas?" says a spokesperson for Israel's Prime Minister's Office.

The troops conducting the "precision" operation include medical teams and Arabic-speaking soldiers who have undergone specialized training, according to the IDF.
