The event, which will be held on Tuesday at the Jerusalem Theater, will feature 16 young people competing, 12 from the Diaspora and 4 from Israel. 

The International Youth Bible Contest took place in Jerusalem in the presence of the prime minister.

Israel's Bible Competition remains a major annual event in the Jewish state, and the brand new Talmud Competition is designed to strengthen connections to Torah values, Jewish history, and the Land of Israel.
