A rocket that landed in the central Israeli city of Bnei Brak set off a huge fireball as people fled for safety in nearby buildings.

In Raanana, a large rocket section smashed through the windshield of an empty parked car, its shaft eerily standing upright from the wreckage.

The attack set off sirens in multiple cities, including Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Kfar Saba and Ra’anana.

Fragments of an IDF interceptor hit a train station in Modi’in, causing damage, with images from the scene showing shattered glass and damage to an escalator.
