Israel has 'a moral obligation not to keep quiet and to try and stop this massacre,' Rabbi Yosef said of the chemical attack in Syria. 

'The update to the IDF before the attack in Syria is further proof of the strength of the relationship and depth of the connection between Israel and the US.'
