Rabbi Dee’s wife, Lucy, and daughters Maia, 20, and Rina, 15, were murdered in April 2023 during a Hamas shooting attack in the Jordan Valley.

His daughters Maya and Rina Dee died immediately after being shot at close range while riding in the car with their mother in the Jordan Valley. Their mother Lucy succumbed to her wounds days later. 

The court’s decision, the first of its kind, seeks to compensate victims’ families by seizing funds used for terrorist salaries.
