Clinton sought to assure Israelis that she would be a stronger ally than her rival, Donald Trump.

Clearing Hillary Clinton of the possibility of facing criminal prosecution, FBI Director James Comey recommended against criminal charges, but directly contradicted many of Clinton's past explanations regarding her handling of classified information on a private server.
