Israeli Arab Scouts marched through Jaffa as part of the largest scout march ever held in Israel.

The World Organization of the Scout Movement denies that the Palestinian branch has any connection to it, but terror victim Richard Lakin's son insists the association is in fact linked and has been 'systematically inciting to violence and murder.'

The Palestinian branch of the World Organization of the Scout Movement recently dedicated one of its activities to a terrorist who was responsible for the murder of three innocent civilians in Jerusalem last year.
