Why is there a separate New Year for trees rather than including it on Rosh Hashana?

Most of us think of Tu b’Shvat as the day on the Hebrew calendar for celebrating trees or nature overall.

Watch and find out! And don’t forget to celebrate with some lovely fruits from Israel! Happy Tu b’Shvat!
