A meeting of the Arab League devolved into a shouting match amid accusations that Qatar works with Iran and various terror groups.
Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi, used an Arab League meeting Tuesday to lash out at Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates for cutting ties with Qatar since June over its close relationship to Iran and its support for terror groups, including Hamas.
Saudi Arabia, some reports indicate, is secretly cooperating with Israel against Iran, their common enemy, and on counter-terrorism activities.
Egypt’s foreign minister, Sameh Shoukry, in comments not captured in the video, stated, “We all know Qatar’s historic support for terrorism … [which has] led to the death of many of Egypt’s sons.”
Qatar’s minister labeled the Arabs who disagree with Qatar “rabid dogs,” according to several news sites.
“No. When I speak you be quiet.”
