A fleet of food trucks will soon be serving up delectable goods in Jerusalem.
A new “autochef” initiative will be available this summer in Jerusalem, making visits to the vibrant Israeli capital even more fun than they already are.
Food trucks serving up delicious snacks will be stopping at various residential neighborhoods and tourist sites.
Plans also include “meals on wheels” – lunchtime options at industrial areas and technological parks.
Israel’s culinary scene is world-renowned, and this initiative is part of a plan to make these tasty treats more accessible to the general public, said Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat.
