Numerous claims have been aimed at the IDF, whether it be their ‘indiscriminate bombing of children,’ or the so-called ‘apartheid’ state that Israel rules, they are simply false.
Morality and compassion are the cornerstones and ethos of the IDF. No army in the world, regrettably, puts its military in harm’s way more than Israel. There was a ceasefire and peace until Hamas broke it and raided southern Israel killing 1,200 people and taking 240 hostages. No other country in the world would allow the perpetrators of this crime to go unpunished.
The US operated in Afghanistan in the aftermath of 9/11 to hunt down and destroy Al Qaeda. France conducted airstrikes in Syria following a terror attack by ISIS. Only when Israel fights back does the world clamor for justice and a stop to its country’s defense.
