The war continues to rage in southern and northern Israel as Hezbollah continues its aggression, firing rockets at Israeli bases and civilian communities.

Most communities near these closed-off military zones have been displaced and are housed temporarily in hotels and apartments across the country. The strain of the unknown and a lack of schedule and work are taxing on the Israelis forced to flee.

The hosting communities have risen to the occasion in their mission to provide homeliness to evacuated families and a sense of normalcy in these tough and uncertain times.
