Fatah, the party headed by PA President Mahmoud Abbas, is waiting for “a new quality operation one day.”
Muwaffaq Matar, Fatah TV host and columnist for the official Palestinian Authority daily paper, is waiting for the day when Israelis will be taken hostage in order to free security prisoners held in Israeli prison.
Matar recalls that on Sept. 4, 1982, eight IDF soldiers were captured by Fatah in Lebanon, resulting in the release of more than 5,000 Palestinian terrorists.
“We had the hens that would lay golden eggs,” he said.
