The question of how to prevent lone wolf attacks resurfaces in the aftermath of a deadly terror attack in Ariel.

Yesterday, a Palestinian terrorist went on a stabbing spree and car-ramming attacks, murdering three Israeli fathers.

The deadly attack was the work of a ‘lone wolf’ meaning that the terrorist wasn’t part of a terror cell. While Israel’s security apparatus is adept at foiling terror cell plots, it is far more difficult to prevent lone-wolf attacks.

What can the Israeli government do to stop these sorts of attacks from occurring?
