Operation Good Neighbor is expanding with a new initiative to help deaf and hearing-impaired Syrian children hear for the first time!

In June 2016, as part of Israel’s expanding humanitarian aid efforts, the IDF Northern Command established Operation Good Neighbor dedicated to helping victims of Syria’s civil war. The operation aims to provide humanitarian aid to as many victims as possible, while adhering to Israel’s policy of non-involvement in the Syrian civil war, which has destroyed the country over the past six years.
