On Tuesday, Israel fired at Syrian fighter planes within the Jewish state’s airspace, with sirens blaring in Israel’s north and the Jordan Valley.
Israeli launched two Patriot missiles at a Syrian Sukhoi fighter jet on Tuesday after the aircraft infiltrated nearly two miles into Israeli airspace, announced an IDF spokesman said.
Prior to the strike, the IDF had kept an eye on the Syrian jet, which was successfully intercepted by Patriot missiles.
