This brave Israeli soldier lost a hand on the Gaza border, battling Hamas in Israel’s 2014 war against the brutal terror group.
Capt. (Res.) Ziv Shilon sustained horrific injuries while fighting in the 2014 Israel-Gaza War.
While one hand was blown off, and the other was injured so badly he required multiple surgeries to regain use, Shilon also lost three close friends in battle, Yochai, Matan, and David.
Shilon didn’t let his injuries in battle slow him down though. The brave vet now competes in Iron Man challenges and stays in top physical condition,
