Many people have stepped up and dedicated money, time, and resources to help in the fight against Hamas. Meals have been catered for hundreds of thousands of soldiers since the start of the conflict. BBQs were made across countless bases, with hotdogs and hamburgers as far as the eyes can see.
But Riccardo Pacifici an Italian Jewish leader and the vice president of the European Jewish Association, took the classic BBQ and transformed it into a hometown homage. The array of pasta, sauces, and other foods was a nice change of pace for soldiers based in the southern town of Sderot.
The selflessness displayed is one to learn from, as people are continuing to find unique ways to lift spirits and hearts above the conflict.
