Mahmoud Abbas is fuming as Israel prepares to declare sovereignty over Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.
In a recent address, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas hissed at the audience, “If Israel announces plans to annex a single centimeter, the Palestinian Authority [will] no longer [be] bound by any agreements!”
Abbas issued his comments as Israel gets ready to officially annex Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, where close to half a million Israelis live.
The Palestinian leader also denounced Israel’s activities at the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron, which in reality consist of making the Jewish pilgrimage site wheelchair accessible for the first time in history. The PA has fought this renovation tooth and nail.
