Iranian TV broadcast a report about its new military patrol ship with anti-aircraft capabilities.
The ship is called “Martyr Soleimani,” named after Iranian Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani who was assassinated by the US. It has a helicopter pad and vertically-launched anti-aircraft missiles, enabling the vessel to provide anti-air cover for missile-bearing speedboats.
The report said that this boat makes the Islamic Republic the “ultimate power in the region.”
