An Iraqi writer living in exile in France is fed up with Iran using his countrymen as cannon fodder as his nation’s economy rapidly goes down the tubes.
Paris-Based Iraqi Writer Hilal Al-Obaidi is fed up with the Iranian regime, which he says exploits his nation in its quest to battle Israel.
“Iraq is in no position to fight Israel,” said Al-Obaidi, adding that Iraqi politicians’ “blind loyalty” to Iran is bringing to his people nothing but death and destruction.
According to Al-Obaidi, while Iraq’s economy is in shambles and its infrastructure is collapsing, Iran’s provocations are sticking his nation square in the line of Israeli fire.
