This Saudi commentator calls out Iran as the source of the Mideast’s problems, blasting the “anarchy” the Islamic Republic has visited on the region.
Saudi strategic expert Muhammad Al-Qabiban stated in an August 29, 2019 interview on Iraq’s Al-Sumaria TV that Israel has “the right to defend itself and its borders” from Iranian terror proxies like Hezbollah.
According to Al-Qabiban, Iran’s aggression has created regional “anarchy,” while Iraqi, Lebanese, and Yemeni leaders do little more than “whine” about Israeli intervention in Arab countries. He warned that it is actually they who empowered Iran to wreak havoc in the region under the guise of spreading the “Islamic revolution.”
