NASA and the Israel Space Agency (ISA) have signed a significant new civil space agreement, establishing a strengthened relationship between the two bodies.

The landmark agreement was signed during the International Astronautical Congress, which is being hosted by the ISA in Jerusalem.

The previous agreement between NASA and Israel expired in 2005 and both feel now is the time to reconnect.

The new agreement is a vast improvement over what Israel had in the past, providing cooperation regarding many issues and applications.

The value Israel has to the world, including its expertise in technological innovation, cannot be denied and flies in the face of those who seek our destruction.
