Since the recent signing of the UAE-Israel peace agreement, many Israelis have traveled to the Gulf country and vice versa, learning more about each other’s culture.
On Chanukah, Israelis traditionally enjoy sufganiyot, or donuts, with a variety of fillings. This year, inspired by the Abraham Accords, one Israeli baker has created a new treat based on UAE culinary culture.
