Eretz Nehederet, the satirical Israeli comedy show, parodies the recent congressional hearing where university presidents from Penn and Harvard faltered when asked if advocating for the genocide of Jews on campus violated anti-bullying rules.
Their infamous response, “it depends on context,” is humorously likened to a Harry Potter skit on the show. Joining the cast as Dumbledore is actor and comedian Michael Rapaport.
The satire cleverly exposes the presidents’ lack of a clear stance and critiques their failure to address the growing antisemitic incidents on American college campuses.
Does condemning the genocide of mudbloods require context?
