A Canadian court ruled in favor of an Israeli winery, defeating a pro-Palestinian group’s attempt to illegally discriminate against Jews living in Judea and Samaria.

While Israelis are literally fighting Palestinian terror armies firing rockets at innocent civilians, Israeli activists have won a major legal victory in a Canadian court.

The Psagot winery, which is in Samaria, notched the win in the Canadian Court of Appeals.
