With its strong expertise in aid to disaster victims around the globe, the Jewish state is sending disaster relief to Turkey.

On Monday, Turkey and Syria experienced a devastating earthquake that left more than a thousand people dead and many more injured.

The quake was so strong it was felt as far south as Jerusalem.
