After some initial hiccups in the system, the historic Beresheet spacecraft is finally back on course for the moon… and sent back first ‘selfie.’
Israel’s historic lunar lander is back on track, after experiencing some technical difficulties.
Israel became the first country to launch a privately funded mission to the moon, in addition to becoming the fourth to launch a lunar spacecraft after the U.S., Russia and China.
The landing is planned for April 11th.
As of Tuesday evening, the spacecraft’s first selfie photos started coming through, and they demonstrated great pride in the Jewish state.
Watch and enjoy!
