Even though the US has blasted the anti-Israel UN report, the media failed to carry out proper journalism and fact-check the findings of the investigation.
In December, the United Nations launched an unprecedented, open-ended war crimes probe against Israel after the May 2021 war that Hamas initiated with the Jewish state.
The Palestinian Authority, Hamas, and Iran all praised the commission’s first 18-page report, which accuses Israel of everything from “gender-based violence” to impeding “Palestinian democratic processes.”
Even though the probe is headed by blatantly anti-Israel individuals, the media failed to carry our proper journalism and fact-check the findings of the investigation.
So media watchdog, Honest Reporting, did it for them.
