One of the masterminds of a horrific suicide bombing that killed 15 Israelis gloats in this clip that Jordan won’t extradite her to a country that will make her pay for her crimes.

Ahlam Tamimi was convicted by an Israeli military court and received multiple life sentences for helping carry out the the 2001 Sbarro restaurant suicide bombing in Jerusalem, in which 15 civilians were murdered.

She was released by Israel in a prisoner swap, after which she went to Jordan.

While U.S. authorities want to prosecute her, they can’t, she boasts in this video, because Amman and Washington do not have an extradition agreement.
