Jewish guests pray at the White House following Israel’s signing of normalization with the UAE and Bahrain.
Following the signing of the historic peace accords in Washington between Israel and two Muslim countries on Tuesday, a large group of Jewish guests attended the afternoon “Mincha” prayer on the White House lawn.
Orthodox Jewish men pray three times a day – in the morning (Shacharit), afternoon (Mincha) and evening (Ma’ariv), requiring a quorum, or ‘minyan,’ of at least 10 participants.
