Moderate Imam Mohamad Tawhidi sounds the alarm over the anti-Israel agendas of Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, whom he says promote anti-Semitism.
Muslim reformer Mohamad Tawhidi opposes hate in all its form, and is not afraid to call out members of his own faith whom he thinks are promoting it.
Specifically, Tawhidi is alarmed over Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, who have found themselves in hot water based on the virulently anti-Israel agenda they promote, which many say crosses the line into anti-Semitism
In May, Tlaib, the first Palestinian-American congresswoman, communicated to Yahoo! News a bizarre and inherently false version of history in which Arabs living in the Land of Israel were “forced” to “provide” to Jewish victims of the Holocaust “a safe haven” following World War II.
Omar, for her part, has pushed the dual loyalty canard repeatedly, a common centuries-old anti-Semitic trope that accuses Jews of prioritizing the State of Israel’s interests over those of their host countries.
