The prime minister warned Israelis to be cautious when communicating on social media.
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett congratulated the Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet) and Israel Police on a successful operation that prevented the Iranians from recruiting Israeli spies.
He called upon citizens to be cautious of Iranian efforts to gather sensitive information.
“It is possible that behind the information that you consume or share on social media are the Iranians,” Bennett warned.
