Most soldiers suffer from a variety of mental health issues, most commonly PTSD. This can come from experiencing traumatic events in battle, among other things.
This war saw many reservists fall into despair and uncertain of how to deal with these emotions. Then along came Brother in Yoga, an organization built for IDF alumni struggling to get a grasp on their complex and sometimes frightful emotions.
They lead multi-day retreats focused on slowing the mind down and opening up about their shared experiences as IDF soldiers through yoga, therapy, and other mental health healing techniques.
