During the holiday of Chanukah, it is customary for people to indulge in a donut-like delicacy called sufganiyot, but nobody prepares it the way Israel prepares it!

Imagine a donut that’s been fried in oil, filled with jelly, chocolate, custard, or cream, and then frosted with icing sugar.

Come and see how new immigrants to Israel responded to eating sufganiyot for the first time in Israel.
