On Saturday, a Hezbollah rocket attack on Majdal Shams in the Golan Heights claimed the lives of 14 children and left 30 others injured.
The rocket struck a soccer field where the children were playing. “All the victims are children aged 10 to 20. We mourn with the families and stand with the Druze community during this painful time,” said IDF Spokesman Daniel Hagari.
This tragic incident marks the deadliest escalation in the ongoing clashes between Israel and Hezbollah.

How do you organize a mass funeral for children near a border under rocket threat?
Today, Majdal Shams in Northern Israel mourns as they lay to rest the 12 children killed by a Hezbollah rocket last night.
Our hearts ache for the families. May their memories be a blessing. pic.twitter.com/y3IyUGfWTH
