Sky News Australia commentator Andrew Bolt slammed the UN’s anti-Israel bias, this time exemplified in its response to developments in Syria.

While condoning the violence of jihadi groups in Syria, the UN expressed concern about Israel taking preemptive military action in Syria to neutralize potential threats against its citizens.

UN Special Envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen said HTS rebels have been sending “good messages” to the Syrian people, noting “reassuring things” on the ground.

At the same time, he said, “We are continuing to see Israeli movements and bombardments into Syria. This needs to stop.”

“Nothing Israel does to protect itself is right while Syrians – they can murder each other in the hundreds and hundreds of thousands and no real worries,” Bolt commented.
