John Spencer a retired major and urban war expert, spoke with CNN’s Jake Tapper about the Gaza war.
He dispelled myths that Israel was using heavier bombs in Gaza than the US used in Iraq, and said such force in a conflict like Gaza isn’t disproportionate.
Guard said that when the enemy is in underground tunnels, heavier bombs are necessary to defeat the enemy and noted the war in Gaza is the largest urban war since Stalingrad in WWII.
