Following a US House resolution declaring that Obama has broken US law by not giving Congress access to Iran’s side agreements, US Rep Peter Roskam said the House must “pursue legal action against Obama for blatant disregard for the law.”

In a major development, just 2 hours after the Senate blocked a resolution of disapproval of the Iran deal, the House passed a resolution declaring that President Obama has broken US law.

Congressman Peter Roskam (R-Ill) accused Obama of “breaking the very law he signed by failing to provide Congress with the Iran-IAEA side agreements. Withholding these documents… completely discredits the transparent review process the Administration was legally obligated to provide.”

Sign the Petition to Stop a Nuclear Iran

The US Congress must ensure that sanctions against Iran remain in force until the nuclear threat is completely eliminated.

I strongly oppose easing sanctions before the nuclear threat from Iran has been eliminated. Allowing Iran to enrich uranium without being subject to 'anytime, anywhere' inspections is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Iran's nuclear program must be stopped.
