The legendary journalist Carl Bernstein, who, along with Bob Woodward, broke the Watergate story, says Biden’s poor performance at the Presidential debate ‘wasn’t a one-off.’
Bernstein said sources close to Biden report his mumbling and confused behavior has become worse and more frequent in the past year and a half.
Describing Biden’s debate performance as a ‘horror show,’ Bernstein said that at a fundraiser, Biden just stopped and became very stiff, as if he were experiencing “rigor mortis.”
