Introducing he most famous question about Chanukah ever asked: Why do we light Chanukah candles for eight days when the actual miracle only lasted for seven?

The miracle of the menorah, which is celebrated on Chanukah, celebrates the fact that when the Jews entered the Temple, after defeating the Greeks, there was only enough oil for one day, yet it lasted for eight.

The first day, however, was not a miracle. The actual miracle lasted for seven days. So why do we light for eight?

The miracle was the fact that the oil was burning, but not consumed. Can you think of a similar documented miracle? What else was burning but not consumed?

What does this teach us about our world today and our relationship with God?

Watch this video to learn the answers and gain new insight into the significance of Chanukah.
