ILTV spoke with Israel’s Minister of Aliyah and Ofir Sofer to discuss the reasons for the increased aliyah (immigration) to Israel since October 7th.
Sofer said, “We see a strong solidarity of the Jewish People with Israel, and because of that solidarity, people are deciding to make aliyah.”
“Antisemitism is also part of the reason, but the main reason (people are making aliyah) is the solidarity they feel with Israel.”
