Because terrorist infrastructure was embedded in homes and schools, it isn’t surprising IDF soldiers discovered toys and children’s books during their operations.
One of the story books was called “A Living Martyr” and was about a little boy in Gaza who was taught to hate Jews and when he got old enough, he married, had children and committed terrorist attacks.
The story intends to make the reader feels sorry for the terrorist and his family because he is incarcerated in an Israeli prison, but the effect is quite the opposite and of course is not appropriate for children.
