Three terror attacks were perpetrated by Palestinian terrorists on Monday morning in separate areas of the country – in Judea and Samaria, the Old City of Jerusalem and the North. One Israeli was injured.
By mid-day Monday, two Arab terror attacks had already taken place – in Judea and Samaria, in the Old City of Jerusalem and in the northern Israeli village of Nahf.
In Samaria, the attack occurred at the Gilboa Junction near the Palestinian city of Jenin, when IDF soldiers noticed two suspicious-looking men at a nearby gas station and decided to perform a security check.
“One of the suspects then attempted to stab a soldier with a knife and was shot. The other one was apprehended,” the IDF stated.
The shot terrorist received treatment from Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency medics at the scene before being taken to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem, where he succumbed to his wounds.
In Nahf, a police vehicle was hit and lightly damaged by a rock. Police are searching for the culprit.
An Arab terrorist was arrested near Jaffa Gate in Jerusalem’s Old City after attacking and lightly wounding a female tour guide with a bottle. She, too, was treated by MDA before being transferred to Hadassah Ein Kerem.
